The GEO100 recognises 100 professionals, educators, innovators and leaders shaping the future of the UK geospatial industry and celebrates the brilliantly diverse and talented people making geospatial innovation possible, from climate adaptation and nature recovery to infrastructure design and urban planning. This recognition highlights the unsung heroes as well as the shooting stars advancing our field.
Having three team members — Director Alex Singleton, Deputy Director James Cheshire, and Technical Manager Oliver O’Brien — recognised, speaks volumes about the impact our work is having across the UK geospatial ecosystem. From cutting-edge research to practical applications that solve real-world challenges, our team continues to push boundaries in geographic information science.
